BreadManLA was founded in 1990 to create LA’s finest artisan breads. Using European ancestral recipes and traditional manufacturing process, we have established over 200 different products. We supply customers from Palm Springs to San Diego with handmade freshly baked bread daily.

We at BreadManLA are committed to delivering the finest bread products available to our customers. In order to achieve this we use only the highest quality ingredients and maintain a head baker fully schooled in the European tradition of bread baking on staff. While many baking companies use machines and finish their products by hand, we use only traditional European methods thoughtout the baking process. This includes hand forming, using only Direct flame ovens, and steam. These methods give our bread and roll the texture, flavor, and form unique to hand processing.

We are dedicated to delivering the best and finest bread and pastry products and services to every valued customer. Our products are baked fresh daily, and only to order in advance. We do not maintain stock on hand. This way we can assure our customers that they are delivered fresh baked products every time. We require that all orders be placed 24 hours in advance. The ORDER DESK closes promptly at 3:30 PM for next day delivery. Any changes to your Order cannot be accepted after the ORDER DESK has closed at 3:30PM. Only this way can we maintain a proper delivery schedule. On occasion, special delivery times can be arranged in advance. We deliver seven days a week. We are only closed on two major holidays , Thanksgiving and Christmas.) Our customers will be notified of any additional closures. Schedules by memos will be attached to your sales invoice, or by telephone.
